St. Vlas
St. Vlas is among the most rapidly developing summer resorts in Bulgaria. The small town lies cuddled at the Eastern foothills of the Stara Planina mountain, directly on the Black Sea coast and has become very popular for its mixed Mediterranean climate - mountain winds and sea breeze combine in a specific circulation, which clears the air and makes the climate very suitable for respiratory treatments all year round. St. Vlas is located only 4 km north from Sunny Beach, facing the entire Nessebar gulf. That’s why the views here are amazing – during the day the sea horizon is azure and infinite, whilst at night – illuminated by the playful lights of Sunny Beach and the gulf. The impressive mountain silhouette rises at the back of St. Vlas. The beach in St. Vlas is wide and sandy, open to all guests of the region.
